At the moment Im having a hard time getting things colored, it seems to take Forever and Ever, so I loose hope and patience and end up setting to work on other drawings. And the end result, as you might expect, is a lot more drawings that could do with coloring, causing my puir wee grey cells to cringe and run the other way
In other words, this is going to take a very long time, and all the while it feels as if creeping vines are overtaking my gallery here, dragging it into decrepit abandonment. So I decided to make a decent enough papery background that will serve as a substitute until I;
1: forget about them, or 2:get around to coloring them.
--------------------- This started as a personal challenge to see how far I could get in 1 hour. Now, I did not get anywhere near as complete as this in that time, but I did manage it in 5-6, which for me is quite an improvement.
The clothes are based on those I found in a book I have about western fashion through 4000 years, and are about the 1660-1720s. I must say, there is a lot of fashion crimes about those centuries, and much of it concerns what men had for trousers/pantaloons, not to mention stockings
It would be nice to get it coloured, having a dark garden and with the lights of a house in the distance, but its a bit further down the priority list of things to do so it might be left as is.
